About the Role:
As the Customer Success Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is seamless from day one. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support
  • Acting as the main liaison for client queries and requests
  • Monitoring contract renewals and leading contract negotiations
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new clients
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date
