Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experience and ensure successful onboarding of their systems. The role requires travel across the UK to install and configure hardware and provide hands-on training to end users. Customer Success Manager

£25,000-£30,000 (competitive based on experience) + bonus

Description of the role
  • Travel to customer sites across the UK
  • Install company hardware where required (tablets, tablet scanners, etc.)
  • Configure the business system on-site (users, vehicles, workshops, sites, permissions, setup)
  • Deliver hands‑on training to mechanics, workshop managers, office staff, and drivers
  • Ensure the customer is fully operational before leaving site
  • Provide go‑live day and post support
  • Gather feedback and relay it directly to the development team
  • Support customers in the first month post‑installation with practical guidance
