We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy helpdesk environment on a FM contract team in Denton. This is on a 4 on 4 off basis, 12 hour shifts. 7-7, The customer service representative will provide a variety of administrative duties for our management team to enable a more efficient service to our client.

  • Issuing jobs to engineers
  • Updating CAFM system with progress on jobs
  • Providing support to the team and client
  • Logging calls and tracking updates on reactive works on site
  • Ensuring full detail is provided.
