Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and keeping operations running smoothly? As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in managing customer interactions and ensuring efficient transport solutions.
This role is about more than answering calls, you will ensure that customer requirements are understood, communicated clearly, and delivered effectively, helping to maintain high service standards and strong client relationships.
Average working block will be 75 hours, spread over a 2 week working block, of 9 working days. Typically working 8.30 hrs to 17.50 hrs , with a 60 minutes unpaid break each day. The rotation will include 7 days cover, and weekend working will be required on a one on, one off basis. Your working pattern and rest days will be confirmed to you by your line manager.
