We are currently seeking a customer service agent to join our team at our Concrete Plant, based in Leeds, Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will be a driven and ambitious individual who will co-ordinate ready-mixed concrete deliveries into a busy market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely & accurate input of all customer concrete orders
  • Cost effective dispatch planning (shipping) of all customer orders through active liaison with commercial, operations and transport teams
  • Timely response to all customer enquiries and complaints
  • Specific support to the pre planning of major contracts or schemes in terms of production and transport capacity planning
  • You will be an excellent communicator and a proactive self-starter who can build effective relationships both with colleagues and customers.
