A leading facilities management company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Administrator at HM Naval Base, Portsmouth. You will support accommodation and helpdesk services, enhancing the quality of life for Armed Forces personnel. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills. Job location and role: A Customer Service Administrator at HM Naval Base, Portsmouth, PO1 3HH. You'll be integral to the smooth running of accommodation and helpdesk services, handling a range of administrative tasks. Your organisational skills will ensure that everything behind the scenes operates efficiently, while providing the support needed by our managers. You’ll interact with Armed Forces personnel daily, improving their quality of life and making a positive impact on all you encounter.
Hours: 22 hours per week. Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Friday 7:30am to 3:00pm. Flexibility may be required to cover evening and weekend working to meet business needs.
Salary: £13.71 per hour
