Customer Service Specialist - Belfast Vauxhall

Hours: Flexible start and end times (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £12.50 per hour with bonus opportunity available

New opportunity! We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Charles Hurst, Belfast Vauxhall. This role is key to ensuring excellent customer experiences across all Stellantis brands.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out customer follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries

  • Representing all Stellantis brands with professionalism and care

  • Providing daily reports and updates to the management team

  • Monitoring and highlighting current customer service performance and trends

  • Supporting continuous improvement in customer satisfaction levels

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer-focused approach

  • Ability to produce clear, accurate reports and identify trends

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily tasks efficiently

  • Previous experience in customer service or call handling is desirable
