📍 Surrey

🕒 9am to 5 : 30pm, Monday to Friday

💼 £26,000 starting salary + bonuses

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to a friendly team in Surrey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and online with professionalism and accuracy
  • Administering mortgage accounts (completions, payments, transfers, amendments)
  • Managing accounts, including opening, closing, and transfers
  • Preparing letters and responding to enquiries
  • Performing cashiering duties and supporting internet account processes
