Michael Page have just registered a new exciting Permanent Customer Service Representative Position in Wakefield to work for a reputable manufacturing business. Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling a range of queries related to the products offered and taking and processing orders.
  • Support customers throughout the journey, assisting with stock queries, deliveries and advising on back order dates.
  • Handle complex queries and any complaints, resolving them quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Perform administrative duties and keep customer records updated.
