Overview

About the role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing clients. You’ll work in a multi-channel environment, addressing inquiries and providing exemplary, professional support. You’ll handle activities such as order processing, payment management, account reconciliation, pricing and administration.

What you possess
  • Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment, managing high call volumes.
  • Highly developed telephone communication skills when engaging with customers, stakeholders and staff, always maintaining a customer first approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Flexibility. This office-based role requires two rotating shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • The skill to multi-task and work effectively across various programs and platforms.
  • A self-starter attitude with robust organizational skills, able to operate both independently and in a team environment.
  • Resilience and effective time management.
