A leading entertainment company in Stoke-on-Trent seeks a Customer Service Host to provide support before shows and collaborate with the Front of House team. Previous theatre experience is not required, and applications from diverse backgrounds are encouraged. The role involves resolving ticket queries and enhancing the audience's experience through engaging customer service.
