Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support from our Box Office for up to 90 minutes before each show; answer queries about the production, the theatre and the local vicinity; resolve ticket queries and make sales of additional products and services that enhance the audience’s visit (TheatreCard memberships, gift vouchers, and food & beverage packages).
  • Join the Front of House team for the remainder of the shift once the show is up and running.
  • Take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team in a unique theatre with an ever-changing programme of events.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience in theatre is not required; we actively encourage applications from people from the widest range of backgrounds, including those currently under-represented in the industry.
  • You must be aged 18+ for this position.
