Overview

Delivery Technician - Drivers role in our busy transport team within a 2-person Home Delivery Network. You will deliver products from the Warehouse/Distribution Centre to customers residences, ensuring safe delivery with exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver products from the Warehouse/Distribution Centre to customers residences.
  • Ensure deliveries are completed safely and to a high standard of customer service.
  • Handle heavy items as part of a 2/3- or 4-person crew as required and assess, lift and manage items accordingly.
  • Communicate delivery information clearly to customers, address inquiries, and provide updates on delivery status.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Present oneself neatly, adhere to the company dress code, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely deliveries while meeting delivery schedules and deadlines.
  • Be flexible with work hours to accommodate operational needs, including emergencies or events outside regular hours.
  • Operate as part of a hands-on role with variety in daily tasks.
Qualifications

  • Shift pattern: 4 days per week, Monday to Saturday on a 3-week rotating pattern (5 days off together during rest days every 3 weeks)
