A recruitment service is looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage client relationships and promote cloud-based accountancy software. You will be responsible for developing small/medium sized client accounts, ensuring clients receive top-notch service, and facilitating their migration to new software. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to education and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and grow small/medium sized client accounts.
• Maintain client relationships and provide an excellent level of service.
• Promote specialized cloud-based accountancy software to accountants.
• Develop plans to support client migration onto new accountancy software.
• Ensure clients attend introductory webinars, events and training sessions.
• Educate clients on all resources available and monitor progress through sales cycle.

Overview

A top level Customer Service Executive is required to manage existing client relationships and build new business opportunities, you will be promoting a first class product.

Some of your duties will include:
