Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing client support via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of service
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with a range of clients
• Train clients on how to use the company\'s systems effectively
• Investigate and resolve client issues promptly by liaising with internal teams
• Schedule and coordinate diary appointments
• Prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively throughout the day
• Monitor live systems in real-time to ensure smooth operations
• Complete general administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
• Engage in self-directed learning to gain a thorough understanding of internal systems
• Take responsibility for personal professional development, including attending training sessions
• Work flexible hours as required, including evenings and weekends (approximately 1 in 3 weekends)
