Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering unparalleled customer service and after-sales support that exceeds expectations
  • Installing and maintaining world-class corrosion test equipment at customer locations across the UK and occasionally overseas
  • Offering responsive technical assistance through phone and email, quickly diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Driving the growth of the aftersales service business by preparing competitive quotes and managing efficient schedules through the advanced database systems
  • Training agent and distributor service engineers, as well as UK customers, to enhance product knowledge and usage
  • Overseeing Health and Safety compliance and conducting thorough risk assessments for site visits
  • Generating new sales leads for chambers and consumables while fostering strong, lasting relationships with customers
  • Providing production support when your workload allows, contributing to overall efficiency
Who Are We Looking For?
  • A seasoned maintenance technician/engineer who thrives in customer-facing roles, both remotely and in-person; have proven experience with electrical and pneumatic systems and programmable logic controllers
  • Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical, GRP, and plastic components is key
  • A valid, clean driving licence is essential, and with outstanding communication skills that allow you to engage professionally and effectively with customers
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining rigorous quality control
