  • Follow up on quotes, negotiate when needed, and progress orders to shipment.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Support external sales and business development teams.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and assist with cross‑selling and up‑selling.
  • Maintain coverage of phones, emails, and reception during office hours.
  • Participate in team reviews and contribute to service improvements.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-13:30

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
