Overview

ManpowerGroup Inc. are working with a client based in Bradford who are looking for 2x Customer Support Coordinator's (CSC Officer) to support the business in delivering services in line with new legal standards. The 2nd (CSC Officer) will be working on a 50/50 split role between Customer Service and Accounts processing; however no accounts experience is required as training will be given for the suitable candidate! You'll play a key role in progressing jobs, responding to client and tenant queries, uploading documentation, and helping the business meet strict service deadlines. This is an ideal role for someone who's organised, proactive, and confident with admin, communication, and IT systems.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Process job orders in the system (Joblogic) quickly and accurately.
  • Upload compliance evidence (photos, reports onto the system)
  • Respond to emails and calls from clients politely and on time.
  • Support your team during quieter periods; stay flexible and helpful.
  • Represent the business professionally when dealing clients.
  • Prepare for and attend online client meetings (e.g. weekly check-ins via Teams).
  • Follow templates and checklists to ensure consistent communication and compliance.
  • Make sure all data is recorded correctly (statuses, dates, no duplicates).
  • Use the daily SLA alert list to prioritise urgent tasks and avoid missed deadlines.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Confident communicator - written and spoken.
  • Willing to learn new systems and work across different client accounts.
  • Positive team player who stays calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable using systems like Excel, Joblogic, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Able to follow checklists, templates, and standard procedures.
