Overview

Neway International are seeking a Customer Service Associate (Corporate Hub - G2) to join our client Lincolnshire County Council, based at the Customer Service Centre, Lancaster House, Lincoln. Lincolnshire County Council's Customer Service Centre is the first point of contact for a wide range of services including Adult Care, Children's Services, Highways, Registration & Celebratory Services, and Library Services. The team delivers essential services that make a real difference to residents' lives, from supporting vulnerable children and adults helping with everyday enquiries such as library renewals.

As a Customer Service Associate within the Corporate Hub, you will be the first point of contact for District Council services (such as housing repairs) and other local services including Libraries and Heritage enquiries. You will gather and process information efficiently and accurately, ensuring residents receive clear, timely, and professional support.
