A global service organization is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver exceptional experiences to customers across various locations worldwide. This role demands at least 2 years of customer service experience, effective communication skills, and a valid UK driving licence. Responsibilities include promoting products, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing high-quality service. Salary: £25,167.48 per annum
Location: Global
Hours: Full Time - 39 Hours/week
Please note whilst this role will be a global mobile role and you will be expected to work in all NAAFI locations worldwide such as Gibraltar, Germany, Ascension, Falklands and Polandon a 2 year rotation.
The ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for customer service by delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. You will support your establishment team in achieving targets while consistently upholding high standards across all areas of the business. Your role will involve promoting and safeguarding the NAAFI brand, ensuring both customers and colleagues enjoy a positive and memorable NAAFI experience. Integrity and respect will be central to all aspects of your daily responsibilities.
