Customer Service Apprentice

Contract Type and Duration: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Specsavers Dereham, Norfolk (office above Hearcare store at 4 Norwich Street, Dereham, Norfolk, NR19 1BX)

The role

So, you’re a proactive people person, passionate about retail and offering the best customer service? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. If you’ve ever considered a career in optics, this Customer Service Apprentice role could be perfect for you. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great customer service and would like to pursue a career in retail or management. This apprenticeship will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full‑time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly‑experienced team who will support you every step of the way.

  • Salary: £7.75 per hour
  • Full‑time working hours: 37.5 hours per week with minimal Saturday working
