Job summary

My exclusive client based in Erith is looking to recruit a Customer Service and Driver Associate to join their small but effective team. You will be a vital part of the team ensuring you are delivering fantastic customer service verbally or orally, completing administration duties and delivering orders to customers promptly.
Day to day of the Customer Service and Driver Associate:

  • Handling administrative duties before and post deliveries.
  • Completing multiple deliveries a week to customers ensuring you arrive promptly and if there is any delays, you update the customers.
  • Completing routine checks when you collect equipment ensuring all check list parts are there on site or back at the office.
  • Completing customer service duties via phone and emails, answering customer queries promptly and delivering fantastic customer service.
  • Being fluid within the business, jumping in where you can to support the team no matter the job role.
  • Handle stock control weekly ensuring the technicians have enough stock.
  • Manage the social media accounts, uploading content and boosting engagement.
  • Sell old stock on appropriate sites, engaging with buyers and arranging deliveries.
  • Immersing yourself within their niche industry and being able to retain information like a sponge.

Requirements of the Customer Service and Driver Associate:

  • Driving License with no points.
