Overview

Job Description

Customer service and administrative duties to include:

  • Answering telephone calls and taking accurate and detailed information from customers
  • Updating documentation across various platforms used within the business to keep customer information relevant.
  • Cloud file organisation
  • Liaising with all relevant internal colleges and external partners to relay customer requirements
  • Managing team diaries
  • Office administration provided to Directors and the office manager
  • Basic IT and EPOS support – training will be provided.
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
The successful candidate will have
