Blue Handling provides Ground Handling services to Ryanair at its largest European base and are currently recruiting Customer Service Agents to provide excellent customer service to our passengers as part of the Ground Operations team located at Stanstead Airport.
These are exciting roles at the forefront of our Stansted operation with a financially secure airline, working airside to deliver a range of customer services to our passengers.
These roles are all full‑time and permanent positions. No previous airport or aviation experience is required – our fantastic training team will prepare you for your new role with both classroom and practical training.
This role is ideal if you want to kickstart your career in aviation.
Please note this a shift‑based role with shifts around our busy flight schedule that will include early starts, late finishes and weekends, including bank holidays.

Duties include;

  • Assisting & guiding passengers at the check-in area
  • Assisting & supporting passengers at the gates area
  • Boarding passengers onto their respective flights
  • Provision of passenger assistance, handling customer complaints & other duties as assigned
  • Act as a team player and work effectively with your team
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety protocols
Requirements
  • Able to provide excellent customer service to our passengers
  • Self‑starter, motivated & a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Unrestricted right to live & work in the UK (Pre‑Settled Status accepted)

Successful candidates will be required to complete a full 5‑year background check in order to obtain an airport ID.

  • Earnings up to £27.922pa increasing folowing 12 months service

  • Fixed roster pattern of 4 days on, 2 days off roster pattern (4 early shifts, 2 off & 4 late shifts, 2 off)
