  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll make sure our students always feel at home.

No two days are the same — you might be :

  • Showing prospective students and their families around the site
  • Managing parcels and post
  • Logging maintenance requests
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance
  • Organising social events
  • Handling customer complaints with care
  • Supporting students with rent arrears in a proactive way
