Job summary

A growing company in Sidcup is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in delivering customer service via phone and email, be adaptable, and have a confident and outgoing nature. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact, managing customer correspondence, handling complaints, and supporting internal teams. This is a permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

  • Scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all correspondence by phone and email to customers.
  • Support inhouse team with updating internal systems.
  • Manage a shared inbox and respond within suitable timeframes.
  • Handle complaints and find suitable solutions.
  • Process orders or returns as required.
  • Support scheduling team with scheduling engineer works.
  • Assist manager in creating processes for the customer service team.
