Key Duties
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional service at the trade desk and across phone, email, and online platforms.

  • Address customer questions and resolve any concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Support operational tasks within the warehouse, including order fulfilment, stock management, and processing deliveries.
