Job description

Our client on the outskirts of Cardiff are looking for a permanent member of their Customer Service team to answer first line phone calls from customers looking for technical support.

Due to location, candidate will ideally have access to their own transport.

Salary: £23,810 plus excellent benefits & career progression path.

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Shifts will fall between 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday. There will also be 1 in 3 weekend shifts (8am - 6:30pm) too in which you will get days off in lieu.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Provide telephone and email support to customers throughout the UK.
  • Co‑ordinate engineer visits to customer sites and escalated service requests.
  • Deal with any concerns over the phone and complete call incident reports.
  • Update and maintain the company database.
