A client company in Cardiff is seeking a permanent Customer Service representative to provide technical support via phone and email. Ideal candidates will have a customer service background and possess strong communication skills. The role includes shifts between 8am and 9pm, with a salary of £23,810 plus excellent benefits like BUPA Medical Insurance and a clearly defined career progression path.
Our client on the outskirts of Cardiff are looking for a permanent member of their Customer Service team to answer first line phone calls from customers looking for technical support.

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Shifts will fall between 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday. There will also be 1 in 3 weekend shifts (8am - 6:30pm) too in which you will get days off in lieu.
