A staffing solutions provider has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor in Salisbury, UK. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st line IT support and ensuring a great service experience. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. While prior experience is beneficial, full training will be provided. This role offers 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate.
Salary: £12.60 per hour (Living Wage Employer)
Location: Porton Down, Salisbury, SP4 0JQ
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7am - 7pm
