Responsibilities

• Answering Calls, Emails and Live chats.
• Work within a team to increase productivity.
• Follow orders from Supervisors as well as using your own initiative.
• Act as the link between CS and Operations, handling CEO/CS queries.
• Work with Ops to locate and resolve parcels quickly.
• Provide daily depot status updates including a Sit Rep for CSS to share with Merchants and consumers.
• Support Ops communications on flagged issues (APM, Store, 2Door locations).
• Undertake other item resolution tasks as required by the Depot Manager.

• Answering Calls, Emails and Live chats

Sunday - Thursday, Tuesday - Saturday
