Reservations Advisor – Dunstable – Bookings Agent

PAY RATE:
£23,153 annual salary, based on a 37.5 hour week

CONTRACT TYPE:
Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

SHIFTS:
Monday-Friday 9-5, get your weekends back!

LOCATION:
Chiswell Court Contact Centre, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Houghton Regis, LU5 5FT.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer phone calls from customers in a timely manner.
  • Create reservations for our guests using our Opera system.
  • Record and input enquiries and reservations, process cancellations and amendments.
  • Be fully familiar with the hotel facilities and services and to promote these whenever possible.
  • Respect any confidential information received regarding guests, staff and management, ensuring compliance with regulations at all times.
  • Dedicated and passionate about your work.

  • To be able to maintain a high level of customer service at all times
  • Be fully conversant on hotel rates, packages, promotions to ensure revenue is maximised.
