Customer Service Advisor — 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. Location: Kettering, NN16 8UN. Salary: From £26,190 per year. Job Type: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (12 months).
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Process orders, returns, and credits efficiently using internal systems
- Build product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful guidance to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues promptly
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas
- Stay calm under pressure and manage priorities effectively
What We’re Looking For
- A natural ability to connect with people and provide excellent service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
- Customer service experience (2+ years preferred, or transferable skills)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
