We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Wates team! You’ll play a key role in leading and supporting our Customer Service team helping us deliver outstanding service to our residents.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Co‑ordinator with experience managing scheduling and/or administrative teams in the maintenance sector. You should have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
This role is also ideal for an experienced Scheduler ready to take the next step in their career by leading a team.
