Customer Service Administrator

Location : Poole, Dorset

Hours : Full-Time (Shifts between Monday - Friday 8 : 30am – 5pm + Saturday 9am – 12pm)

Salary : £26,000 per annum

We are working with the world's largest independent insurance broker to find an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Administrator to join their expert team.

Key Responsibilities :

This isn't a 'one-size-fits-all' call centre role. You will be responsible for building deep, trust‑based relationships and providing tailor‑made insurance solutions for a diverse range of private and commercial clients, while managing a key set of service tasks :

Client Management & Support :
  • Handling around 40 inbound customer calls per day, providing clear and supportive assistance.
  • Assisting with insurance claims and policy queries.
  • Making necessary adjustments to policies and updating customer records.
  • Taking payments and issuing insurance documents.
