A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking Customer Service Administrators for their busy team in Piddinghoe. This ongoing temporary position involves processing applications, answering calls, and supporting candidates throughout their application journey. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using MS Office. Brightwork are currently supporting one of our established clients with the recruitment of Customer Service Administrators to join their busy customer service team on an ongoing temporary basis.
The successful candidates will be joining the client during a peak period! You will provide excellent customer service, support candidates through their application processes and keep in constant communication with them. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and have a can-do attitude!
