Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a proactive Order Processor to provide first-class support to our customers and internal teams. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, keeping clients updated on order progress.
  • Accurately process orders, set up new accounts, and liaise with accounts on credit matters.
  • Work closely with suppliers, logistics, and 3PL partners to manage deliveries and returns.
  • Handle customer calls in line with our service standards, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
  • Provide flexible support to cover team workload, holidays, or urgent requests.
  • Attend product training sessions to build knowledge of our solutions.
