A recruitment agency is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to provide exceptional support to customers. This role involves managing inquiries and maintaining accurate data within a busy environment, emphasizing strong communication skills and customer-centric service. The position offers £12.30 per hour with weekly pay, car parking, and team activities. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess a solid understanding of GDPR regulations.
Hours: 8:00‑16:00, Monday‑Friday, plus every other Saturday (working from home).
Location: On‑site (Outskirts of Chelmsford) – Drivers Licence and access to own vehicle are essential to get to the remote location.
