Job summary

A well established fuel distribution company in Elgin is seeking a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join their Operations team. This office-based, temp-to-perm role involves supporting the Depot Manager and assisting with the smooth running of operations. Key responsibilities include operational administration, customer service, and sales support. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with operational paperwork and general administration.
  • Support routing, delivery manifests, and stock reconciliation.
  • Work closely with the transport team regarding drivers’ hours and vehicle maintenance.
  • Prepare daily reports and manage drivers’ timesheets.
  • Book ferries and accommodation for drivers when required.
  • Make call-backs and update customers on their orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support.
  • Help maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: £13 per hour

Job Overview

We're recruiting for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join the Operations team at a well established fuel distribution company in Elgin. This is an office‑based, temp‑to‑perm opportunity supporting the Depot Manager and assisting with the smooth day‑to‑day running of depot operations.

The role combines customer service, sales support and operational administration, working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with operational paperwork and general administration
