We are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Manager on behalf of our client based in Worcester. Our client is a well-known company within the care industry having numerous care and nursing homes throughout the UK. As part of your role, you will take ownership of occupancy levels, average weekly fee and privately funded resident % to ensure the home meets its occupancy and income objectives.

The Role

  • Focus on community engagement, PR, social media and all home level sales and marketing activity.
  • Oversee the highest quality of care and experience to prospective residents and their families ensuring all requirements are met in terms of move in and welcome to the service.
  • Liaise with the service user, their family, friends and loved ones to enhance the experience of admission and settling into their new home.
  • Guide support and direct managers to ensure that the move ins are coordinated, seamless and quality focused.
  • Maintain an active presence in the local community and deliver robust and strategic community engagement plans across external business development, local initiatives and events.
  • Travel to other sites as required

Your Experience/ Requirements

  • NVQ in Management required
  • Previous experience in a sales role in a care home environment
  • Knowledge on CQC requirements, Health & Safety legislation, Environmental issues, Safeguarding adults, Equality and Diversity awareness
  • Sales and marketing experience and a proven track record
