A community-focused leisure provider is seeking a Customer Relations Advisor to enhance customer loyalty through exceptional service. This part-time role involves engaging with customers on weekends at a leisure center in Bromley, achieving sales targets, and resolving queries. The ideal candidate should possess strong listening and operational skills, ideally within a leisure or golf context, and be able to work effectively under pressure. Position: Customer Relations Advisor
Location: The Pavilion Leisure Centre, Kentish Way, Bromley BR1 3EF
Salary: £23,795.20 p.a. (pro rata) Plus benefits
Job Type: 16 hours on weekends (Fixed Term 7 months)
Working hours:
Sat & Sun 9:00 am-5:30 pm (on-site)
