A global toy company is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to support Amazon Western Europe. This role involves building accurate demand plans based on multiple data inputs and driving the sales planning cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in consumer goods, and a passion for digital tools like Excel and Power BI. The position follows a hybrid work model, allowing for both in-office and remote work.

Please note: This position can be based in our LEGO® Office in London or Grasbrunn, close to Munich and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.
The role supports the broader business to evaluate the value of the existing plans, enabling senior management to identify gaps to target and to take corrective action. The output of your work will also be used by supply chain to ensure the right products are manufactured at the right time, improving In-Stock Availability whilst avoiding the generation of waste. The demand planning manager role is “multilingual” as it is used to inform supply chain (volume) and commercial planning processes (value).
