Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and correspondence professionally.
  • Process and amend customer orders with accuracy.
  • Utilize relevant systems to address and resolve customer requests.
  • Record customer information with precision.
  • Support customers with online access needs.
  • Handle aspects of Order to Cash, including Cash Applications.
  • Develop strong connections with business teams and customers.
