  • Proactively promote and sell the benefits of the IRIS product portfolio.
  • Produce weekly performance reports for the Migrations Manager.
  • Identify and close opportunities to sell additional products during the migration process.
  • Generate high-quality leads and referral opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider commercial team and cross-functional departments.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Migrations Executive to join our Customer Migrations team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end customer journey as clients transition from legacy products to our new SaaS solutions.

You will take ownership of a defined customer group, ensuring they receive a seamless migration experience while maximising their value from the IRIS product suite. Your success will be measured on revenue retention and growth, and your approach will be structured, organised, and commercially focused.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full customer migration lifecycle from legacy platforms to new SaaS solutions.

Retain and grow revenue across your customer portfolio.

Support customers to ensure they derive maximum value from IRIS offerings.

Engage with customers through both inbound and outbound communication to guide them through migrations.

Proactively promote and sell the benefits of the IRIS product portfolio.

Produce weekly performance reports for the Migrations Manager.

Identify and close opportunities to sell additional products during the migration process.
