We're supporting a leading FMCG business in their search for an On-Trade Customer Marketing Manager to join the team behind some of the most iconic brands.
This is an exciting, hands‑on role for someone with 2-3 years' shopper or customer marketing experience who's eager to make an impact in a fast-moving FMCG environment. You'll collaborate with brand, sales, and category teams to deliver customer‑led activation plans that bring the brand to life across the On‑Trade channel.
You'll have responsibility for developing below‑the‑line campaigns, building shopper toolkits, and ensuring each activation delivers commercial impact, brand consistency, and measurable results.
