Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming emails and allocate internal tasks.
  • Answer phone calls and allocate them as appropriate.
  • Deal quickly and effectively with customer queries.
  • Manage and respond to delivery or tracking issues.
  • Work with the Warehouse team on despatch paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Seek process improvements and share ideas.
  • Provide high quality service to customers and suppliers.
