Role: Customer Experience Apprentice

Salary: £18,333 per annum

Contract: 2-year Fixed-Term Apprenticeship

Hours: Full-time 35 hours / week (Mon Fri)

Location: Hybrid Dartford office (Crossways Business Park) & home

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Customer Service and Central Services teams. You’ll be at the heart of delivering excellent service to our residents and supporting the smooth running of customer enquiries; help resolve issues and provide administrative support for key processes such as tenancy management and service delivery. Working alongside experienced colleagues you will learn how a housing association operates, develop strong communication and organisational skills and receive dedicated support from a training provider – all while building the foundation for a successful career and achieving a recognised qualification.
