A well-known self-storage company is seeking a Customer Experience Agent in Uxbridge. The role involves providing outstanding customer support through phone and email, with an emphasis on detail and solutions. Salary : £24,500 - £24,500 depending on experience
We have a unique opportunity for a talented Customer Experience Agent, with a passion for establishing connections and enhancing the experience for the customer, to join our growing Customer Experience team based in our Uxbridge headquarters.
The right candidate will have an eye for detail and and enjoy providing solutions for our customers over the telephone and e-mail. They will have a drive to delight our customers by giving them outstanding customer support both over the phone and email in a fast-paced setting and take responsibility for their position and all that it comes with.
This is an office-based role, and the ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a firm emphasis on details are essential.
Although previous self-storage experience would be advantageous, it’s by no means a must. We are looking for someone who is adaptable to new environments with quick-thinking abilities. Someone who will remain organised and is able to handle task prioritisation in a dynamic office setting. We will in turn provide full training and support to ensure you become a successful easyStorage Customer Experience Agent!
