Overview

Role: Customer Engagement & Business Support Executive

Location: Leeds - LS12 5JB

Salary: From £25350 per year

Contract type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours a week: 37.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our flagship, high-profile, and fast-paced Relocation & Facilities Services operation. Reporting to the Operations Admin Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting all operational administration tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the team to support wider operations
  • Deploy strict cost management and reduction techniques
  • Administer all operative expenses, including credit cards, overnight expenditure, and petty cash
  • Prepare, check, and authorise all agency payroll using various platforms
  • Populate and generate reports relating to job finish times/Driver hours following strict guidelines
  • Administer the processing, investigation, challenging, and settling of all parking/driver-related fines
  • Maintain the absence process, ensuring all relevant systems are updated
