Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Development Manager or National Account Manager.
  • Strong understanding of the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in forecasting, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret commercial data.
  • Effective relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation capability.

Title: Customer Development Manager / National Account Manager
Location: Waltham on the Wolds, 1 to 2 days per month
Contract: Full-time, 6 Months (35 hours per week)
About the Role

Randstad Sourceright are recruiting on behalf of Mars for an experienced Customer Development Manager / National Account Manager to support the management and growth of a key grocery retail customer. This role plays a critical part in delivering sales plans, managing Joint Business Planning activity, and driving performance through strong commercial and analytical capability.

Key Responsibilities
