A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Demand Manager for a global FMCG supplier in Leeds. In this role, you will lead a Demand Planning Team, ensuring achievement of KPIs and maximising sales performance. Ideal candidates will have strong forecasting experience and team management skills. We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Demand Manager role for a global FMCG supplier in their Leeds office.
The purpose of this role is to lead and develop a Demand Planning Team, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and maximising sales performance for both the business and its customers. Directly supporting a team of 2 Demand Executives, you will be responsible for streamlining forecasting accuracy and the supply chain process, maximising sales for the business and their customers.
