Overview

Customer Delivery Manager Our fast-growing fintech client offers a range of payments services and are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Delivery Manager who is keen to grow a career in the Fintech industry. All training will be provided. You will be a perfect fit if you are enthusiastic, highly organised and ready to join a dynamic team at an exciting stage of growth. You will report to the Head of Card Operations, ensuring all day to day tasks are co-ordinated so that projects are delivered to agreed timescales and live dates.

Day to day you will
  • Manage managing plans effectively, producing status dashboards and running project meetings
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (including clients and card schemes)
  • Lead on project delivery initiatives with internal teams working closely with compliance, scheme, finance and integration teams
  • Manage all stakeholders of all levels of seniority, co-ordinating & motivating them to complete actions and ensuring timely delivery against plans
What you’ll need

Essential:

  • A go – getting attitude with the ability to “get stuff done”
  • Be decisive, autonomous and work well under pressure
  • Be able to resolve conflicts and problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Good IT skills

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience of using SmartSheets or another PM tool
